TEHRAN - Iran announced today that the highest official of the European Union foreign policy Javier Solana offered to resume negotiations over its nuclear program, in a letter to the chief Iranian negotiator on the nuclear issue Saeed Jalili.
According to Iranian media that the European letter delivered to the Iranian Embassy in Brussels yesterday and included the desire of the international actors in resolving the Iranian nuclear issue diplomatically.
